Requests for booking will be considered on a "first come, first serve" basis. Please note that if the flat is currently booked the incumbent tenant has the right to extend his/her booking provided she/he gives notice at the latest 4 weeks before the end of the current rental period. Requests from other parties for subsequent rentals can therefore only be finally decided upon at the earliest 4 weeks before the end of the current rental/booking period.
