The monthly rental fee for the flat amounts to EUR 1000.- incl. of all charges*

An up-front  security deposit of EUR 1.500.- will be requested from each tenant.

There is a mandatory EUR 75.- cleaning charge at the end of the rental period.

The monthly rent is due in advance latest by the second business day of every month. Monthly invoices over the rent payments can be issued on request. 

A residence certificate (Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung) will be issued on request to the tenant.

*This fee includes all taxes as well as the cost for heating, electricity, water, waste, internet  etc. If you declare a legal residence at the flat, you will be charged in addition every quarter for the mandatory broadcasting fee directly by the relevant German authority.
