Please note:

• The minimum initial rental period is 2 months. For legal reasons, we cannot accommodate rental periods shorter than 1 month.
• Maximum occupancy is 2 adults (children on request) 
• The whole premises (flat + surroundings) are an absolute no-smoking area.  This includes all form of smoking (incl. i.a. e-cigarettes, vapes, shishas, cannabis etc.).
• Pets are not allowed.
